1. Booking + payment

Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment via Razorpay. Prices shown include GST. Full refund available up to 48 hours before check-in; partial refunds at our discretion thereafter.

2. House rules

Quiet hours 22:00–07:00. No outside food/drink in dorm common areas. ID required at check-in (passport for foreign nationals, government ID for Indian nationals — Form C requirement).

3. Liability

Nebula Nest is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property. Lockers are provided; bring your own padlock or buy one at reception (₹50).

4. Account use

One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secret; contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be heard in Puducherry.
